Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Guidelines

MPMA Event Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and effective event planning, MPMA has established the following cancellation and refund policy for event registrations. Please review these guidelines carefully before registering.

All cancellation or substitution requests must be submitted in writing and received by MPMA at least 14 days prior to the event start date. Processing fees apply based on the timing of the cancellation or substitution request.

Late Cancellations

Refunds, transfers, or substitutions will not be issued for cancellations received fewer than 14 days prior to the event, except in the case of a documented medical emergency. Appropriate documentation must be provided for consideration.

No refunds will be granted for non-appearance at an event.

Event Transfer Option

Registrants who cancel according to the policy may choose to transfer the remaining balance of their registration fee to another MPMA event.

Transferred funds must be used by December 31 of the same calendar year as the canceled event.

Event Cancellation by MPMA

If MPMA cancels an event for any reason, 100% of registration fees will be refunded to the original method of payment.

In the case of unforeseen cancellations, refund processing may take up to eight months.

Refund Processing Timeline

Please allow up to eight weeks for refund processing after a cancellation request has been submitted and approved.
