MPMA offers different membership categories designed to serve the global motion and power ecosystem:
Company Membership (Manufacturers)
Companies that manufacture, design, repair and assemble gears, gearboxes, bearings, flexible couplings for sale indivudally or as part of an end us product.
Associate Member (Supplier)
Organizations that supply materials, services, or technologies supporting the gear and bearings products and industry.
Academic Member
Universities, colleges, and technical institutions engaged in workforce development and research.
Technical Consultant Member
Consultant Membership is reserved for professionals that are engaged in full time consulting as a sole proprietor of his/her company. Individuals who are employed either full-time or part-time by a company or corporation are not eligible.
End User Member
Companies that do not manufacture any gears, but use gears, gear products, and/or flexible couplings as component parts of end-use products. (Reserved for non-profit organizations such as government agencies, DOD, DOT, DHS and more.
Additional membership types may be available in accordance with MPMA bylaws and governance structure.
